On hard surfaces, you wet the area, spray it on liberally, and wipe it off right away with a clean, white cloth. On clothing, you spray, wait 3 minutes, and gently agitate with a stiff brush. It works best when used within two hours, and older residue may need more product or a second application.
It is safe for frame paint when used as directed and is intended to remove dried latex from all surfaces, including clothing.
