What Makes SILCA Ultimate Tubeless Valves Worth Using?

The SILCA Ultimate Tubeless Valves are machined from 7075 aluminum with a nickel-plated brass valve core and an integrated sealant port that allows sealant injection without removing the valve core or dismounting the tire. The valve body seats against the rim with a dual-seal design that creates an airtight seal against both the rim bed and the valve hole without over-tightening, which can deform the valve stem and create the micro-leaks common with cheaper alloy valve designs. The removable valve core makes it easy to inject additional sealant mid-season, clean out dried latex, or swap cores without a full wheel service.

Available in multiple lengths to accommodate both standard and deep-section rims. Compatible with all tubeless-ready tires and sealants. The wide collar base provides a stable platform for pump chuck attachment without valve wobble during inflation. If your tubeless setup loses pressure at the valve rather than through the tire, the valve is the fix. Sold as a pair. Made in Italy.

What valve length do I need for deep-section rims?

For rims deeper than 40mm you'll need the longer valve. Measure your rim depth and add 10-15mm to ensure the valve core extends enough for chuck attachment.

How do I clean out dried sealant?

Remove the valve core with a core tool, flush with water or SILCA's Ultimate Sealant Remover, and reinstall. The removable core design makes this a 2-minute job.
