The soft chew format makes it easy to fuel mid-ride or mid-run while keeping energy levels steady and your body performing at its best.

SUGGESTED USE

Each pack delivers 45 grams of carbohydrates. Depending on your sport or session intensity, aim to consume 1–3 packs per hour to reach your 90–120g carbohydrate target. In colder conditions, you may need slightly more. Tear open the pack and eat the chews as a bar or separate them into bite-sized blocks: each block contains 7.5g of carbs.
