200 mg of caffeine meets Cognizin® Citicoline – a clinically-proven nootropic that sharpens focus and maintains mental performance when your brain starts to fade. Add 200 mg of L-theanine to smooth out caffeine’s rough edges and 1 g of L-taurine for sustained alertness without the crash.

SUGGESTED USE

Consume directly from the pack during training or competition. Limit to one serving per day. Combine with other BETA Fuel products to achieve an hourly carbohydrate intake of 90–120g.
