What are the benefits of HYDRO tablets?
- Contains 4 key electrolytes to restore resources lost during exercise
- High in sodium and vitamins to maintain body fluid balance
- Refreshing, low-calorie, and thirst-quenching
- Available with added caffeine for mental stimulation
- Scientifically proven to be better than just drinking water
What are the risks of being low on electrolytes?
The most adverse effect, and something that regularly stops athletes in their tracks, is muscle cramping. Proper hydration and electrolyte balance mean you avoid dizziness, confusion, and an irregular heartbeat.
As an effervescent tablet that readily dissolves in plain water, it’s easy to meet your hydration needs without the calories. These Hydro Tablets are also Informed Sport Certified, so even the most elite athletes can feel good about this product.
How to Use SiS Electrolyte Tablets:
Use SIS GO Hydro during intense workouts lasting less than 60 minutes to replenish the electrolytes you sweat out without the added calories or carbohydrates! Dissolve one tablet in 500 mL of water and drink 3-4 hours prior to training or competition, then again for every hour of exercise in which you need electrolytes but not a lot of fuel.
History:
Developed to keep the British Sailing team optimally hydrated at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and contains the exact concentration of sodium (30 mmol/L) that has been scientifically proven to produce better hydration compared to water alone.
