The Spurcycle R35 Road/Drop Bar 35mm Mirror is the minimalist end of Spurcycle's R-series, giving you a clean, refined rearview in the smallest possible form. It mounts into the end of a drop bar with a smooth ball and socket joint and adjustable tension, so you can dial in the exact angle and keep a stable, vibration-free view. The tempered glass lens delivers the same quality optics as the larger R50, just in a more compact 35mm size that trades a little viewing area for a cleaner look on the bar.
Universal, symmetric mounting means it works on either or both sides of any standard drop bar, and at just 31g it disappears into your cockpit. It fits handlebars with an inner diameter of 14 to 21mm and is designed for modern drop bar bikes. Like everything Spurcycle makes, the R35 is rebuildable and backed by their guaranteed for life promise. Both give the same refined view, but the R50 has a larger 50mm mirror that makes the image bigger and a bit easier to use. The R35 is 35mm, the minimalist option that keeps the cleanest look on the bar. Pick the R35 for minimal form, the R50 for the easiest view.
Will it fit my handlebars?
It fits standard drop bars with an inner diameter of 14 to 21mm. It is not designed for extreme bar geometries, and some bars without standard bar plugs, including certain ENVE bars, may not work. If unsure, check your bar end opening first.
Can I mount it on either side?
Yes. The mounting is universal and symmetric, so you can run it on the left, the right, or both sides of the bar depending on your preference.
