It is a one-piece stainless steel rotor, 1.85 mm thick, on a 6-bolt hub interface with a 44 mm bolt circle, and steel rotor bolts come in the box. The rounded edges are UCI compliant and make wheel installs easier, which is a small thing until you have fought a hot rotor back between pads. It works with any pad compound and with both road and mountain calipers. Being 6-bolt, it will not fit a CenterLock hub.

Yes. Steel rotor bolts are included in the box, so you do not need to order hardware separately unless you want titanium or a different finish.

Will the CenterLine 6-bolt rotor fit a CenterLock hub?

No. This is the 6-bolt version and it uses a 44mm bolt circle on the hub flange. CenterLock hubs use a splined interface with a lockring and need the CenterLock version of the rotor instead.
