No. DOT fluid is sold separately. The SRAM 5.1 DOT Hydraulic Brake Fluid is the recommended fluid for use with this kit.

Can I use this kit on a mineral oil brake system?

No. Never mix DOT and mineral oil in any brake system. They are chemically incompatible and will destroy seals and hoses. SRAM Guide, G2, Level, and Code brakes use DOT. SRAM DB8 brakes use mineral oil.
