Yes. The XG-1275 requires an XD driver body to mount. Most modern Eagle-compatible wheels come with an XD driver, but if you are upgrading from an older HG freehub, you will need to swap your driver body before installation.

All three are X-DOME-style Eagle cassettes with the same gear range, but they differ in construction and weight.
