Are the Wolf Tooth Karv Grips Right for Long Rides?
Wolf Tooth says the Karv is great for longer rides because it reduces hand fatigue and finger numbness. It measures 32mm in diameter once installed, which Wolf Tooth calls perfect for most riders, with a 6.5mm wall before install and a length of 135mm. In Wolf Tooth's lineup it sits between the thinner Razer and the thicker Fat Paw.
The Karv is 100% silicone, made in the USA, and Wolf Tooth lists it at 75g. It is a slide-on grip with no clamp. Wolf Tooth installs it by spraying or wiping 91 percent isopropyl alcohol inside the grip and over the bar, then sliding the grip on.

Wolf Tooth says the Karv is slightly thicker than its Razer grip and slightly thinner than its Fat Paw. Installed, the Razer is 30mm, the Karv 32mm and the Fat Paw 36mm.
Are these lock-on grips?
No. The Karv slides on. Wolf Tooth installs it by spraying or wiping 91 percent isopropyl alcohol inside the grip and over the bar, then sliding the grip on.
