What Makes the Zipp 303 S the Versatile Speed Wheel?
The Zipp 303 S Tubeless Carbon Disc Brake Wheels are tubeless carbon wheels for disc-brake road bikes, and Zipp says they give riders versatility along with speed. The rim is 45mm deep with a 23mm internal width. The UD carbon hookless rim has a matte clear coat finish and runs tubeless tires only, 25mm and wider. Zipp later built its 404 S road wheel upon the groundwork laid by the 303 S.
Each wheel is laced 2-cross with CX-Sprint spokes, to a Zipp 76D hub up front and a 176D hub in the rear. The hubs take 12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear thru axles, and the rear is available with a SRAM XDR or SRAM/Shimano road driver. Sold individually as front or rear.

No. Zipp lists the 303 S hookless rim for tubeless tires only, with a minimum tire width of 25mm.
How does the 303 S differ from the 303 SW and 303 XPLR S?
The 303 S has a 45mm deep, 23mm internal rim for tubeless road tires. The 303 SW has the Zipp AXS Wheel Sensor built into a 40mm deep, 25mm internal rim for tire pressure monitoring. The 303 XPLR S is built for gravel with a 54mm deep, 32mm internal rim that works only with approved tires.
What tire widths work on the 303 S?
Zipp lists a 25mm minimum tire width for the 303 S, and its air pressure chart for this wheel covers tubeless tires from 25mm to 39mm.
