What Does Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle Sealant Do?
The Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant Kit is built around 140ml of No Puncture Hassle tubeless sealant. Its advanced latex forms a strong seal instantly, and cutting-edge molecules fill the bigger holes and tears. Muc-Off rates it to seal tears and holes up to 6mm, plus porous tires and bead and rim gaps.
Muc-Off makes it for tubeless ready and full UST tires on MTB, enduro, and downhill bikes, and rates it from 15psi to 80psi and from -20°C to +50°C. Muc-Off's minimum fill is 60 to 75ml for 26in and 27.5in tires and 105 to 140ml for 29in tires. Use it for initial conversions or for top-ups when your sealant level has dropped.

Muc-Off recommends washing out any sealant used before installing No Puncture Hassle, for the best sealing performance and longevity.
Can I use this sealant with any tubeless tire?
Muc-Off makes it for tubeless ready and full UST wheels and tires on MTB, downhill, and enduro bikes. For non-tubeless setups, Muc-Off recommends its Inner Tube Sealant instead. Use the correct fill volume for your tire size.
How long does the sealant last in the tire?
Muc-Off designs it to stay in the tire for the life of the tire. It lasts up to 6+ months in temperate climates, and when it eventually dries out you simply top it up. In hot, dry climates above 35°C, Muc-Off recommends checking the level and topping up as needed.
