Adjustable release tension accommodates different rider preferences from easy-exit to more secure.

Compatible with all Shimano SPD cleats including SM-SH51 single-release and SM-SH56 multi-release. SM-SH56 multi-release cleats are included and recommended for trail and gravel use. Sold as a pair. Works with any SPD-compatible cycling shoe.
