Why does each stem length have a different angle?: Each length is engineered with a specific negative rise so the stack height stays the same across all sizes. 50mm is -14 degrees, 60mm is -12 degrees, 70mm is -10 degrees, 80mm is -9 degrees, and 90mm is -8 degrees. Changing length changes reach only, not bar height.

Will it fit any mountain bike with a 1 1/8 inch steerer?: The XC 2.0 was designed for the SCOTT Spark RC and integrates cleanly with that frame's headset cable routing. It will also fit any bike with a standard 1 1/8 inch steerer tube. If your frame uses cable routing through the headset like a Trek with Knock Block, check fitment before ordering.

Will my 31.8mm handlebar work with this stem?: Yes. The clamp diameter is 31.8mm, which is the standard mountain bike handlebar size and compatible with most current XC and trail bars.
