The Vittoria Air Liner Light Gravel is engineered as the lightest gravel oriented tire insert in the Vittoria lineup, designed for racers and gran fondo riders who want serious puncture and rim protection without the weight penalty of traditional foam inserts. The proprietary green foam loop runs flat capable, lets you drop tire pressure for better grip and compliance, and protects the rim from pinch flats and impact damage when the gravel turns rough. The insert weighs just 45 grams, so adding the protection costs effectively nothing in real world rotating weight.
Engineered to work with tubeless tires and multiway tubeless valves only, the Air Liner Light Gravel uses a non absorbent foam that does not soak up sealant. Each package includes one insert and one 40mm Vittoria Green Multiway Tubeless valve. The right pick for gravel racers chasing the lightest possible setup, bikepackers heading deep into remote terrain, and Pacific Northwest gravel riders who run lower pressures for chunky terrain and need the rim protection insurance.

The Air Liner Light Gravel sits inside your tubeless tire and protects the rim from pinch flats and impact damage. It lets you run lower tire pressures for better grip and compliance, and if you flat, the foam keeps the tire on the rim so you can ride out under control instead of stopping on the side of the trail.
Is the Air Liner Light Gravel tubeless ready only?
Yes. The Air Liner Light Gravel must be used with tubeless ready tires and multiway tubeless valves only. It is not compatible with inner tubes.
