Overview
How does the Wahoo SPEEDPLAY Easy Tension Cleat clip in and out?
The Wahoo SPEEDPLAY Easy Tension Cleat uses an easy action spring mechanism that makes clipping in and out of a Speedplay pedal simple. Wahoo designed it for a simpler pedal engagement for smaller or newer riders, and it keeps all the other advantages of the SPEEDPLAY pedal system. The dimpled, low-profile design and rubberized texture give you better traction when you walk in your road shoes.
The cleat offers independent 3-axis adjustability for fore/aft, left/right and rotational float, with up to 15 degrees of micro-adjustable float and a release angle you can micro-adjust from 0 to 7.5 degrees. The body is Grivory GV-6H, TPU and metal, and stack height is 11.5mm on a 3-hole shoe or 8.5mm on a 4-hole shoe. The box includes the cleat assembly, a screw packet, a quick start guide and an important product information guide, and installation takes a #2 Phillips screwdriver. Wahoo recommends keeping the cleats clean before and during every ride.
